IP Litigation and Border Enforcement
Doster Law is ready to assist you in your IP infringement cases in federal court anywhere in the United States.
Actions in Federal Agency Tribunals
In the United States, federal agencies exercise specific powers over a limited scope of IP issues.
The firm can assist you in IP litigation before federal administrative tribunals, such as the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and the Copyright Claims Board (CCB).
Also, the firm is open to taking cases before the International Trade Commission (ITC) on a case-by-case basis.
Border Enforcement against Imported and Transshipped Goods
Most customs agencies across the world have the authority to block the importation, and sometimes the transshipment, of counterfeit and pirated goods through their jurisdiction.
The largest importer in the world is the United States, and its customs authority is exercised by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

However, the largest global transshipment hubs in the Western hemisphere are seaports in the countries of Panama, Colombia, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas. The customs authorities for these countries are authorized by their governments to enforce IP rights against goods that are transshipped through their jurisdiction into the United States and elsewhere.
Not only can Doster Law assist you in petitioning CBP in the United States, but the firm continuously works on expanding its connections in Latin America and the Caribbean so it can assist you in coordinating foreign enforcement efforts.
